TOM ANDERSON is the manager of the San Carlos Realty Executives office that he helped establish in 2007. Tom is very knowledgeable about the Mexican constitution and foreign investment law as it pertains to the acquisition of real estate by non-Mexicans, particularly in the Zona Restringida, (the Restricted Zone).

Tom makes his home in Sonoita, AZ and hangs his Arizona license with Realty Executives Southern Arizona office.
